Day 87 Saturday 21/8/21 Mulambin, Sunny 23 Shit! I suddenly realise that I’ve forgotten to colour my newly cut hacked hair. Waving bleach, colour and cling wrap around while chatting with M about the wonders of Dyson Stick Vacuums and how much I’m missing mine, I get the colour totally wrong. I end up looking like mutton dressed up as lamb. At least it’s a good chance to clean the van’s pipes and shower with the excess hair bleach though. Day 86 Friday 20/8/21 Mulambin, sunny 23 We receive an early morning visit from C & W bearing frozen mango from their own orchard. What a treat at this time of year. We sit down with the Prado’s and a large map and work out our path home. Things are getting serious now and we are talking more and more of life outside of this paradise. Day 73 Saturday 7/8/21 Mulambin, sunny 22 We are constantly hearing worrying stories of older grey nomads making the dash through NSW to get home to Victoria.
