Most vans these days come with an inbuilt fold out picnic table. Picnic table seems a strange description as to use it one would have to stand up to eat. Apart from the name I’m intrigued by the uses that people have for these objects.
We put an Aldi double hotplate on ours for cooking when in caravan parks and other places with 240 volt power. Some families use them as a handy shelf near the door for holding jumpers, jackets and torches. All the things you need to grab at a moments notice.
But the best use that I’ve seen yet is a dog grooming table. And yes, it’s just the right height for clipping a toy poodle.

Gosh, not only Specsavers, but also Aldi. You’ll be telling me you have Marks & Spencer next.

Now that’s one we don’t have yet. But I do get angry with the advertisers who make ads with what I call crossover accents to save making the same ad twice, one for Aus one for NZ.
