Day 17 Saturday 12/6/21 Palm Beach (The Kardashian Coast) Sunny

Walks on the creek are lovely and it’s hard to believe that it’s winter. The sky is so bright. The pathway is busy with posers, joggers and everyone making the most of what is a long weekend. It’s still a shock for us that social distancing doesn’t seem to exist.here.

We take a walk around Burleigh Heads. It’s super busy and we watch the surfers and the passing parade before meeting Woody the Elder and The Very Good Golfer at the Burleigh Heads Surf Club for lunch. We have a great table, the view is divine and the Thai Beef Salad tasty. It’s the first time we’ve used the Qld QR Code app and it works well and is fast.

We say our goodbyes until next time and as we head off to the pharmacy to pick up our ‘keep us moving’ drugs, The Very Good Golfer is Leading Woody the Elder off to check out yet another new apartment tower.
