Day 51 Wednesday 28/6/2023 Somewhere in Qld, warm 10 – 27

Elle packs up and heads off for a few days staying with friends in Bundaberg’s beachside spot, Bargara. Lucky duck, she only paid for 6 nights! We have a quiet day. The internet is flaky so it’s hard to get a blog post up. WikiCamps is still down due to the upgrade. We’re all experiencing that feeling of being ready to move on aided by the incessant traffic noise.

There’s a rain band coming across from the northwest and we’re hoping that we won’t get much of it.

The antics of the birds keep us amused. VeeWee has a tyre that is down a bit but won’t take air. She also finds that mice have entered one of her outside storage hatches. Wow, free firewood, free traffic noise, and free mice.
