I get a kick out of the stacked stones that people place about the countryside sometimes in the most remote of places. Crowdy Head in NSW certainly isn’t on a remote stretch of coast but the stones give the view a special feel.

Have you seen the stone stacks on the road from Cairns to Port Douglas?that’s another great spot!

Yes I forgot about that one.

I found another place: Kissing Point in Townsville. There is a fantastic “ethnic-botanic” trail and the rock stacks have started in a rocky section.
