I’m one of the few Aussies that love tongue. Fortunately, as in LancashireUK it’s a bit of a staple. We went to a friends place there who served us tongue, not knowing how most Aussies would react to such a gourmet delight. Fortunately, she had an Aussie guest relishing the meal, rather than running to the loo to drive the porcelain bus.
