Dec 2019, Yackandandah, Vic
The town is quiet, no tourists, blissfully quiet. The park lady checks us in and her husband guides Woody perfectly around a large tree and into our site. I thank him for doing my job and he says, “I do marriage counselling as well”.

We found this park when we were up this way last October. The park which is bordered by two small creeks is just a short walk below the main street of town. The sites are grassy, some have slabs and the cottage style camp kitchen has a large open fireplace. Our site is spacious with a double sized slab under the shade of a spreading Pin Oak a perfect spot in very hot weather.

We discovered this delightful town when we were travelling around Australia. It was one of our favourites and I love the way the name rolls off your tongue

I love that seat. It looks as though it ought to have a long drop behind it!

I was thinking toilet but if it was the latter then someone could be in for a nasty surprise if they were walking below!
