Yes, they rather like a good rubbish bin. And they put those curved beaks to good use.

At a local wetlands I heard two boys arguing loudly about the name of this bird.
“It’s a Bin Chicken”
“No it isn’t! It’s an Ibis”!
and so it went on and on. 🙂
