Goovigen, Qld
Always in search of small towns with little more than good facilities for caravanners, WikiCamps led us to Goovigen in the Banana Shire in Central Queensland last year. A perfect stopover before our Rockhampton destination we couldn’t resist returning this year. This neat and tidy town with a population of around 215, has to be one of the friendliest we’ve found on our travels. Where else are campers greeted by waving locals as they arrive in town?

Just back from a trip to Germany, Italy and France that we booked back in 2019 BC (before COVID) and have enjoyed catching up on your adventures in QLD and NSW. Cheers

Lovely to see your sketched organised and available, rather than just languishing in your sketchbook.

Great sketches!! I especially admire the top left drawing. I find it hard to create that sense of 3-D with verandah roof. You did it convincingly!
