Day 45 Monday 28/7/2025 Nambucca Heads, 12 – 18 sunny
We have coffee in the sun before Woody the Elder and The Very Good Golfer head for their home on the Gold Coast. The three of us drive up to Bellingen to show The BM this captivating town. For a Monday it’s quite busy and as usual just a little ‘out there’. An older (than me) hippieish woman is playing a guitar outside the supermarket (where’s that ukulele when you need it?). We have lunch in an outdoor café and Woody gallops off to Hearthfire Bakery for another fruit loaf. There’s an exceptionally good fruit barn on the road back to the highway and the car knows not to pass without stopping.
Woody cooks a Thai Green Curry for dinner, and we enjoy it accompanied with a lot of laughs.

Accom: $46.00

I like the thought of that dinner

These days it’s a high quality clothing store. The ironmongery has definitely gone.
