Whenever we’ve camped in the Upper Goulburn valley we’ve remarked on the impeccable condition of the camp grounds. No rubbish, well mown grass and clean toilets. Even the fire pits are tidy and have no stray ash.
On our last visit we got to meet the guys who look after the thirty camps in this area and one is a cousin of one of the mates that we were camped with. We were fortunate enough to have a chat with the boys and learn a little about the work that they do and hear firsthand the passion that they have for their patch of Australia. Our mate’s cousin has been working in this valley for fifty years. Now that is a job well done.

What a job!
