The New South Wales north coast is known for its wide rivers flowing out to the sea. Lesser noticed though are the tidal creeks and backwaters. Towns have sprung up on these small creeks and hump backed wooden foot bridges provide access to surf beaches or just to the other side. Along the coast there are dozens of these bridges. These are just a few.
