We’ve finally got the jump on the midgies, the bites have healed and there’s no more itching. Wow that’s only taken us two weeks…
The warm rain stopped late this afternoon, the temperature zoomed up (even further) and out came the bloody midgies again!
You have to pay for your pleasures I’m afraid ……

In Maine their called Black Flies and have been known to carry off pets and small children!
