The town of Nambucca Heads on the NSW coast has a most inspired town seat that celebrates the marine attributes of the area. A large mosaic using teacups, saucers, tiles, shells and other bric a brac. Just imagine the joy of waiting for a bus on this work of art.

Beautiful indeed. Every time I look at the photos something new pops out I hadn’t noticed previously. The waves are fabulous. I didn’t notice the highways with the dotted lines at first glance.

This is absolutely stunning and mesmerising, was it done by a single artist or several different people and howmlong did it take?

The artist was Guy Crowley. It’s called Fish and Chips and is 50 metres long. It took four years to construct. To my mind it encapsulates the feel of this seaside holiday town.
