Day 90 Sunday, 7/8/2016, Burleigh Heads, warm morning, cool afternoon
I walk along the beach, dolphins play in the surf behind the surfers. It’s a glorious morning. Green surf curls in. The skyscrapers of Surfers Paradise are in the distance. Birds sing, joggers jog and tourists gawk.

We catch up with our Hobart mates M & C (whom we met on the West Coast last year) and trace their travels. They and most of the park will be here for the rest of the winter.
Woody the Elder and our sister in law The Very Good Golfer meet us for lunch at the Burleigh Heads SLSC. The view from the deck here is magic but today a cold wind blows in, helping the seagulls to hover over the diners in hope of a stray chip.
