The township of Nambucca Heads in New South Wales is set on a series of ridges overlooking the Nambucca River estuary. There are numerous short walks along the river and beaches. Nyambaga is a short but spectacular walk if you stop to take note of your surroundings. The constant pounding surf is echoed in the caves of the cliffs and the bushland is teeming with birdlife.

Idyllic.

Looks and sounds wonderful, love the name too, do you know what it means?

No sorry I can’t find the meaning. It is a very short series of tracks that are quite beautiful.

I could walk to the beach and sleep on the sand! (Unless the creepy crawlies got me!)
