The Wooli Wooli river curves sharply beneath a high sand dune cliff before entering the Pacific Ocean. The water here is a deep teal green, children play amongst the smattering of rocks and in the soft river sand while fishermen perch themselves in the rocks of the breakwater.




I wonder how many of those who drive onto the beach get towed out, looks like the most recent ones were fine.

As Victorians we scratch our heads wondering why anyone would want to drive on a beach anyway.

In SA we’re more inclined to think of it as environmental vandalism but there are a couple of beaches where it’s permitted.
