It’s a bit of both, if they’re fairly loose and have the day’s date, they’ve been sketched on location, sometimes with the colour added later. The more precise ones I’ve photographed with drawing in mind and I’ll work on at night in the caravan (while Woody snore) or when we get home. Cheers Peter.
